2. What this website collects
Enquiry form
The enquiry form does not send anything to our server. It assembles a message inside your own email programme, which you then choose to send or to discard. Until you send it yourself, we receive nothing and store nothing.
AI advisor
If you open the AI advisor and write to it, we store your messages and its replies so the conversation can continue and so a person from our team can follow up. If you choose to give them during the conversation, we also store the contact details you provide: name, company, email address, telephone number, and your preferred channel and time for contact.
Technical data
A strictly necessary session cookie (__Host-obed_chat) keeps your conversation attached to your browser for up to 24 hours. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and this website loads no third-party scripts. To prevent abuse we keep a short-lived counter keyed to a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address; the address itself is not stored in the advisor's records and the counter is deleted automatically within hours. Our web server keeps ordinary access logs, which contain IP addresses, for security and diagnostics.
3. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- To keep the website available and to prevent abuse — our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising.
4. The AI advisor, in plain terms
The advisor is an artificial intelligence and identifies itself as one when you open it. It runs on our technical service provider's own hardware inside the European Union; your conversation is not sent to an AI service in a third country. It produces text only — it makes no automated decision that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
When you end the conversation, or after 15 minutes without a new message, a summary and the transcript are sent by email to OBED so that a person can follow up on your enquiry.
5. Who receives your data
The OBED team, and our technical service provider acting as processor on our instructions:

RiNET operates this website, the AI advisor and the email delivery, on infrastructure located in data centres in Germany and Finland. No personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA.
6. How long we keep it
- Conversations with the AI advisor, including the messages and the summary, are deleted automatically 30 days after the conversation has ended and the summary has been sent.
- Abuse-prevention counters expire within hours.
- Email you send us directly is kept for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. Where processing rests on our legitimate interest, you may object to it at any time.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia — azop.hr.
8. Children
This website addresses businesses and venue operators. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes to this page
We update this page whenever the processing described here changes, and we change the date at the top when we do.
